Meet at the Dol Idris car park at 8.30 - ///household.feels.dairy.  Parking is £6.00 per day, card only.  There are toilets in the car park.

The route starts by following the Minffordd trail.  From the car park it climbs steeply through a wooded valley after which we will turn off east and take the path up to Mynydd Moel on the main ridge.  The ascent is steep but there are spectacular views over Snowdonia from the top.  From there we will head west to the mountain's summit at Penygadair (893m).  Retun to the car park is via the Minffordd path around the edge of Llyn Cau.

The route is around 10km in length with around 750m of ascent.  It should take us around 6/7 hours.
