Menu is English through and through but simple;  the best British, free range pork bangers from Dukeshill Ham Co with mash and onion gravy, followed by Stick Toffee pudding and capped off with a good Stilton and a dash of Port.   (I know Port is Portuguese but its history is steeped in English development and investment so I’m claiming it). 

Dietary requirements will be accommodated.

Cost is £20 pp and includes table wine,  (Australia is still part of the commonwealth).
