To avoid the parking issues that are plaguing Snowdonia at the moment, I propose we park at the Chapel, and use the Sherpa bus service in and out, which are hourly both ways. The bus costs £2 each way or £3 return (or £5 for an unlimited day pass)

Start : At the Chapel - we need to leave at 10:00 am prompt to catch the Sherpa bus at 10:17 at the end of the road (Tyn y), which will drop us off at the Pen Y Gwyrd

End : Nant Peris (Vaynol Arms if we're early) to catch the sherpa bus back to the chapel. Buses leave the Vaynol every hour at 40 mins past the hour. We will be aiming for the 15:40, to get us back to the Chapel about 16:15. If we dont make that bus, the next one is an hour after, so there's no pressure!

The walk is from the Pen y Gwyrd, up the Miners path onto Caseg Fraith. From there, over the Glyders (via Castell y Gwent if people want to), coming off Glyder Fawr at Llyn y Cwm. The descent is then down the river from Llyn Y Cwm to Nant Peris, with a walk along the road to the Vaynol.
