Lobuche (6,119m) is a peak in Nepal not far from the Everest Base camp. Last spring Lee and David went to Nepal on an expedition to climb Lobuche.  The approach trek was via the sacred lakes of the remote Gokyo Valley, and the magnificent viewpoint Gokyo Ri (5,350m) then over the famous high Cho La Pass (5,420m) on the South side of Everest
